Children with Special Abilities

Sunnynook Primary School offers pupils the following opportunities:

  • Classroom: our teaching is open ended to enable extension of children’s thinking. Teachers use a variety of teaching strategies, which provide opportunities for challenges and pursuing interests.
  • Withdrawl Groups: These are offered throughout the year in different curriculum areas, such as Language, Mathematics, The Arts and Science. Children are selected and attend for a block of time.
