Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Attached is a Sunnynook Primary School survey form. Every three years the Board of Trustees circulates a survey to all parents to help them to gain feedback from parents to assist with our Strategic Planning for the next three years.
Every family will receive two surveys; one for each parent to make comments in. Please circle the number in the column that you believe best fits your level of satisfaction.
We would like the surveys returned by September 4. There will be a ballot type box in the office where your survey can be placed. The survey is anonymous yet you can sign your copy if you wish.
