  • Ability to build strong relationships with learners, staff, whānau and external agencies

  • Places ākonga at the heart of all decision making processes
  • The ability to think, plan strategically and engage others in a meaningful way
  • The ability to work collaboratively alongside the leadership team,  staff and Board of Trustees
  • The ability to analyse and reflect on data to improve teaching and learning
  • SENCO experience, as this will be a significant part of your role
  • Understand and recognise the unique status of tangata whenua in NZ and is committed to further developing culturally sustaining practices at school.
  •  Commitment to our school’s vision, values and strategic direction
  • Actively involved in school life.

Position commences 28 January 2021 with 4 management units.
